Description
1968 Columbia Records CS 8579, this is an original US mono white label promo pressing of the classic soundtrack to the film "The Graduate," featuring songs from Simon & Garfunkel. Cover grades Excellent, showing some very minor rubbing/handling; a large radio station timing strip runs along the bottom front of the jacket. LP grades a shiny VG+ on side 1, showing some minor paper/surface marks; playback is solid throughout, with some minor background crackle at times. Side 2 grades a shiny VG, as there are some minor paper/surface marks, but also a couple of small feelable scratches. Playback is mostly solid - "Scarborough Fair" plays with some minor background crackle - but there are some ticks at the end of "A Great Effect" and during most of "Whew." Labels are crisp with no spindle wear. LP is housed in a polylined Mo-Fi sleeve to protect it. Buyer pays $5 shipping within the United States; sorry, no international addresses on this item.
