On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Gods called "Genesis" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1968 UK stereo 1st pressing!!! THIS IS THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER MIX OF THIS LP - WITH THE 'TALKING VOICES' BETWEEN TRACKS!!!! THIS HAS TO BE REGARDED AS A SUPREME MUSICAL EXPERIENCE!!!! IT REALLY IS AN AWESOME LP!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPS YOU CAN FIND!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARITY!!!! The Cat. No is SCX 6286 on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Gods at their best!!!! Any fan of The Gods, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition. Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and plays brilliantly with NO distortion, NO hiss, NO jumps, a few clicks/pops in places, NO sticks, NO groovewear and NO crackle!!!! Visually there are a few scratch lines, and a few light surface marks though the record still retains ALL of its original JUST PRESSED look and plays brilliantly!!!! This is not a Mint copy - but it is certainly a VERY decent playing copy (near PERFECT sound - apart from the few mostly background clicks/pops), and looks GREAT!!!! AND LETS FACE IT - HOW OFTEN DO THESE TURN UP!!!! DONT MISS THIS SUPREMELY RARE LP!!!! The record must grade Good++++ if not better (PROPERLY graded - NOT trashed)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner!!!! The Flipback Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few light creases and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is RAZOR straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with only some typical slight yellowing, NO writing, and NO wear!!!! There is also a small Radio Station sticker on the reverse. The cover must grade Very Good if not better!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE LP in this sort of condition!!!!
