This is a MEGA rare and unknown MOD / POWER POP single by THE GENTS from 1978. This single is unknown even to some of the biggest collectors, and no more then a handful of copies are known to exist ( they have nothing to do with any other of the bands called the Gents), ONE OF THE RAREST MOD singles from the U.K., let me tell you the story, the band where obviously called THE NEWS to start with, but for legal reasons had to change the name, they then changed it to THE GENTS, sticking stickers on top of the already printed label that said THE NEWS, this is a totaly home made single from 1978, there is no label name just the band name, PUBLISHED BY NEWS MUSIC (with a contact phone number), produced by THE NEWS, and a catalogue number WIB 001. , play VERY LOUD on 1 side, and PLAY HORIZONTALLY on the other, and also saying STEREO-ISH, and A BIT STEREO all printed on the labels, a real one off. The songs are: GET OUT OF MY BED / TEARING AWAY, and will fit on any POWERPEARLS type compilations any day, THIS IS A KILLER, Never for sale before, and probably never again. The single never came in a picture sleeve, and The condition of the VINYL is EX, LABELS EX. This is a rare MOD / POWER POP single, and you will probably never see this again, I had to put a high reserve on this, so bid high if you want it.
