Happy to offer this super rare 1st wave Scottish punk EP recorded in Glasgow in June 1977 amid the Silver Jubilee hangover and featuring 4 tracks: ‘Jubilee 77’, ‘Hooked On You’, ‘Fascist DJ’ and ‘Windmill’. Please note! This copy, like a lot of the original punk stuff I’m listing at the moment is in superb condition!!
The original, yellow pic sleeve is in EX+ (Excellent Plus) condition and would grade mint were it not for some label ring impression to the rear and a little scuffing to the opening edges. There are NO creases. NO splits, rips, writing, edge wear or corner wear! No rubbing to the front photo. Just some shelf rubs picked up to the back over the last 35-odd years. Got to be one of the best left, I’d think. Very well looked after!
The blue labels state ‘The Exile E.P’ and are in pretty much ‘as new’ condition. NO writing, stains, residue, stickers etc. ONE tiny spindle trail to one side only. Brilliant pair of these vintage rare labels!
The vinyl is almost ‘as new’. If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to get this EP in tip-top shape, then here it is. NO scratches, hairlines or embedded dirt. The record’s surfaces are pretty much unmarked. Visually grades M- (Mint Minus). HAS BEEN LISTENED TO and plays just fine as you would expect from such a good looking disc. NO snap, crackle or pop, no ticks, clicks or hiss and no distortion or groove wear/loss of definition. Superb listen with the play grade at least matching the visual one.
