My rating of sleeves and Records I use are below.

Sealed.     - Still in cello

Near Mint - The Keeper Grade, both sleeve and record, glossy well kept condition.

Exc +     - Very minimal sign of any marks / lines on record plays beautifully, sleeve is nearly like new , crisp

Exc        - Some minor visible imperfections, still a lovely LP,may have a name on inner, sleeve may have rounded corners or a small tear.

VGood  - Noticable blemishes, may produce a pop or two record, Sleeve Some minor defects may include writing, tears, worn areas.

Good     - Sleeve showing heavy age marks & wear, Record is visibly well played but still audible, filler copy, audible poor reproduction.

Poor      - Heavy lines / scratches, sleeve torn, pieces missing, may be dirty and worn.
