I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NICE COLLECTION OF UNIQUE PROMOS / TEST PRESSING AND ACETATE. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM A PERSON WHO USED TO WORK IN A MAJOR RADIO STATION FROM THE LATE 1960'S TO THE EARLY 1990'S. THERE ARE UNIQUE TEST PRESSING ACETATE ETC.. OF ROCK / PUNK / SOUL / PROG ETC... SO PLEASE KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS FOR THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME CHANCE TO GET THESE UNIQUE TEST PRESSINGS AND ACETATES.
This is THE ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL UK FLEXIPOP BLACK VINYL TEST PRESSING 7" by THE CURE (ROBERT SMITH) - "LAMENT" from 1982, ORIGINAL UK FLEXIPOP TEST PRESSING VINYL 7" IN NEAR MINT / UNPLAYED CONDITION AND A MUST !!! This is the ORIGINAL ONE SIDED TEST PRESSING FOR THE FLEXIPOP FLEXI only 50 copies were rumoured to be pressed of the flexis, THIS COPY ALSO COMES IN A MINT- UNPLAYED CONDITION and THE ORIGINAL FLEXIPOP SLEEVE + THE ORIGINAL GREEN FLEXIPOP FLEXI !!! As you can see from the pictures the labels are white with some hand written information on them. This TEST PRESSING single came out on FLEXIPOP RECORDS, catalogue number FLEXIPOP 022 / S-LYN-12011-IS. The MATRIX NUMBERS ARE: SIDE 1: S-LYN-12011-IS, SIDE 2: IS IS BLANK!!!
The tracks are: NEVLAMENT / side 2 is blank. The condition is: VINYL is in NEAR MINT / EX+++++ condition (UNPLAYED, hand written label) also comes with the UNIQUE FLEXIPOP SLEEVE in VG++ condition + ORIGINAL GREEN FLEXIPOP FLEXI in MINT- condition (UNPLAYED).
DON'T LET THIS RARE THE CURE / ROBERT SMITH TEST PRESSING 7" SINGLE get away as you might NEVER see another one, especially in this NEAR MINT condition.
