COMMENTS: ULTRARARE. NEVER SEEN ON EBAY.  ONLY PROMOTIONAL ISSUE.  WHITE LABEL. A FEW COPIES WERE PRESSED FOR RADIO STATIONS ONLY. THIS LP WAS RELEASED AS PROMOTIONAL ONLY AND IT WAS PUBLISHED AT THE BEGINNING OF 1977.

THIS IS THE FIRST REFERENCE PUBLISHED IN SPAIN WHERE “THE CLASH” ARE NAMED AND INCLUDED AND EXISTS IN THIS PROMOTIONAL COPY ONLY.

THIS IS A COMPILATION LP WITH SOME OTHER BANDS AND ARTISTS THAT THE LABEL “CBS” WANTED TO PROMOTE IN 1977 AND “THE CLASH” INCLUDES THE TRACK “WHITE RIOT”.

ON BACK COVER ON THIS LP ARE THE PICTURE SLEEVES THAT CBS HAD PREPARED FOR THE 45’S BUT IN THE CASE OF “THE CLASH” AND SOME OTHERS THE ONLY THEY DID WAS TO REPRODUCE PART OF THE COVER OF THEIR FISRT LP AND WRITE OVER “THE CLASH White Riot CARPETA EN PREPARACION” THAT MEANS: “THE CLASH White Riot” COVER IN PREPARATION”  AND I HAVE INCLUDED A PIC OF THIS ON EBAY TOGETHER THE DESCRIPTION.

TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THAT WHITE RIOT NEVER WAS RELEASED ON 45 AS A PROMOTIONAL IN SPAIN (IT WAS PUBLISHED THE ISSUE ONLY) THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE THIS TRACK AS A PROMOTIONAL ONE AND REALLY IT IS A PROMO ONE AS IT WAS USED TO PROMOTE  THE WHITE RIOT 45 AND THE FISRS LP BEFORE BOTH WERE RELEASED.

INCLUDES PICTURE SLEEVE OF COURSE AND INSERT!
