Absolutely beautiful original 1959 copy of the Best of. Ella Fitzgerald on Decca double-LP DXB-156. This is the very first pressing with the Decca "star" labels pressed on wonderful-sounding deep groove vinyl in beautiful un-processed mono. This copy is simply gorgeous. Both discs are very nearly perfectly mint and play pretty close to flawlessly and just beautifully. The laminated gatefold cover is also just lovely, with just a little corner ding at the lower right, where there is a bit of a crease and little crumple at the very tip. Not bad, though, and otherwise it is almost like new. Really I have never ever seen a more beautiful original copy than this one. I think anyone will be very pleased with this beautiful album. A glorious original, very very hard to beat.
