Incredibly rare collector's copy of one of the re-packaged versions of The Beatles Introducing the Beatles: Songs, Pictures & Stories, Original 1st US Mono Release Version 2 with an ultra-rare "SOUVENIR OF THEIR APPEARANCE AT THE COW PALACE, SAN FRANCISCO - AUGUST 19, 1964" concert banner at the bottom of the front cover. These large black concert banner promo stickers were sold exclusively at record stores located in the concert venue cities. This copy is from the band's appearance at the "Cow Palace Arena & Event Centre" in San Francisco, California on August 19, 1964. Original thick cardboard unique ¾, 8-inch fold-over gatefold cover (front flap of the cover is shorter than the back flap). Original Mono Vee-Jay VJLP 1062 / 63-3402 catalog number deep groove 2.75' diameter pressing ring silver print brackets Vee-Jay logo very rare variation label with the left-justified song titles and credits along with the "Microgroove" and "Long Playing" banners. The full matrix numbers are as follows Side 1: 63-3402-1* URJ I I AI 3 AudioMatrix 2-11-64 ARC 274 / Side 2: 63-3403-1 URJ A1 AudioMatrix 2-11-64 ARC 2-20-4. The matrix numbers Contain the "AudioMatrix" stamp, the identifier of Audiomatrix Inc., New York, along with a handwritten manufacture date stamp "2-11-64" on both sides in the trail-off vinyl and "URJ" stamp in the dead wax, identifying this pressing as a Universal Recording Studios mastering. Incredibly rare issue pressed and manufactured at the Southern Plastics Pressing Plant in Nashville, Tennessee. This very early 1st issue comes with an original Vee-Jay Records "The Great Gospel Artists Are On Vee-Jay Records / Other Fine Albums Of Significant Interest" inner sleeve, featuring 50 color photos of other Vee-Jay releases.
CONDITION:
COVER - EXCELLENT (EX) The majority of these covers are found with a severe ring wear, scuffs and splits. However, this copy is in very nice condition, very clean, and has been preserved, only having some occasional very light scuffing and corner bumping.
VINYL: EXCELLENT (EX) The glossy vinyl with a shiny lustre contains some very light hairlines, visible under a strong light source.
LABELS: NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) Very clean scuff and wear-free labels with only a couple of very light spindle marks on Side 2, visible only under a strong light source.

Realizing how important it is to secure the safety of the item you've paid your money for, I'll put my best effort into packing the records as best as possible, triple boxing them into the specialized professional boxes, with the two outer boxes having a special construction with extended cardboard on the edges to prevent the record covers' corners from getting damaged during the transit, and will also put the vinyl outside of the cover (of course, unless it's a sealed record) to prevent the splitting. I always try responding to the messages, but please, before sending me a message, make sure that the answer to your question isn't included in the description. I'll use my right to block a buyer, who doesn't correspond to my idea of politeness, culture and respect toward each other.
