THE BEATLES : HELP.you are bidding on on original copy of one of the rarest Beatles album in the world.the "special edition" of HELP,pressed in Germany for export to Switzerland on the yellow ODEON label ; SMO 984008.STEREO.As you know already, the differnt cover makes this particular pressing highly sought after .unfortunately the item is not perfect ,but i'll describe it in details .
the front cover looks great has some scuffs on corners ,but they're intact .the lamination is whole.the spine has 3cm opening.no other open parts around the rim. the back cover(not laminated,with the same design as the english pressing)has some dirt,some ringmark and the address of the previuos owner on red pen on bottom left corner.
the label is in NM conditions.no writings ,tear,and the spindle hole does not have signs at all around it.(sorry for the mediocre scan with my crappy camera.the yellow colour of the label is actually darker )
the record is vg .looks pretty much used up.has a lot of hairlines and a lot of marks.a few light scratches ,but nothing deep.you do not even feel them with the fingertips.play with a light background noise ,some pops and clicks but not too disturbing ,due to the high quality of the vinyl.
no need to say a mint copy of this album might make you $2000 poorer.
i think i have been honest with my description.no fuss anyway if you wil not agree with it .ther's always a solution.
