CONDITION OF SLEEVE:  VERY GOOD +  (VG+)  Cover has a nice gloss with no discernible tears, and with a few creases on both sides with a vertical crease on somewhat of a diagonal manner.  It runs from 4 3/8" (top) to 3 1/4" bottom and likewise shows on back, and separates the 3 small whitish spots on the back and the tiny ones on the front. The inside of the front cover has "Mike Freddy Jr." scrawl, a small part of which is visible on the scan of the back side at the upper left.  Mouse Magnify to condition grade, as images are considered to be a part of the description in addition to written description.                                

GRADING SYSTEM:

MINT (M) - Will have no flaws what-so-ever on sleeve.

NEAR MINT (NM) - Will have little or no visible marks or detractions on sleeve.

VERY GOOD + (VG+) - A nice-looking piece that may have some minor imperfections, but with a nice gloss.

VERY GOOD (VG) - A nice sleeve but may have some minor wear and small tears.

GOOD (G) - A decent sleeve that is  listed only because it is scarce.

FAIR (F) - Sleeves in this condition are recommended only as  filler copies and are only listed because they are very hard-to-find.
