Don't miss this opportunity to own one of the finest CLASSIC BEATLES Albums of all time.

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the eighth studio album by the English rock band the Beatles. Released on 1 June 1967, it was an immediate commercial and critical success, spending 22 weeks at the top of the albums chart in the United Kingdom and 15 weeks at number one in the United States. Time magazine declared it "a historic departure in the progress of music" and the New Statesman praised its elevation of pop to the level of fine art. It won four Grammy Awards in 1968, including Album of the Year, the first rock LP to receive this honour.

Sgt. Pepper is regarded by musicologists as an early concept album that advanced the use of extended form in popular music while continuing the artistic maturation seen on the Beatles' preceding releases. It has been described as one of the first art rock LPs, aiding the development of progressive rock, and credited with marking the beginning of the Album Era. An important work of British psychedelia, the multigenre album incorporates diverse stylistic influences, including vaudeville, circus, music hall, avant-garde, and Western and Indian classical music.

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS , PLEASE ASK ME , YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

All records are professionally cleaned using a MOTH cleaning system prior to despatch. Not only does this wet clean/vacuuming process remove surface marks such as fingerprints, etc, it also significantly reduces background noise and many argue that the lower noise floor results in opening up of the sound and improved fidelity.

A word about hairline marks. It is almost impossible to find any non-sealed record without any hairline marks - many had them from new, particularly if sold with cardboard inner sleeves. They are a result of storage and use and have little impact on sound quality.

I package my records in the strongest purpose made mailers for maximum safety.

All records are removed from their picture sleeves where appropriate and posted in a separate plain white inner to avoid damage during transit.

The following is the scale I use to grade my records and is to be used in conjunction with the "Hi Res" photos contained in each listing , please buy with confidence.

MINT:

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks

or deterioration in sound quality.

The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.

Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint.

EXCELLENT:

The record shows some signs of having been played,

but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

The vinyl may have some hairline surface scuffs which will be only slightly visible.

The cover and packaging might have minor wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD:

The record has obviously been played many times,

but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,

despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,

is acceptable.

GOOD:

The record has been played so much

that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated.

perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.

The cover suffers from folding, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

LEAVING FEEDBACK and UNDERSTANDING DSR SCORES:

I always strive to provide a 5-star service to my customers by stating my policies upfront, answering questions quickly, sending packages daily, and charging *realistic* safe shipping! In eBay's new feedback system, when you give 4 stars it may seem like a great score. For instance, a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly". Ebay, however, considers this a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above, or be penalized with higher fees and lower standing in search results. If you are satisfied with the transaction upon receipt of your item, please don't hesitate to respond with all 5 stars! If you are not pleased, simply contact me and I will work hard to make sure you achieve 100% satisfaction.

If you do need me to consider an issue please take care not to open a case in the resolution centre on ebay before you have contacted me.

Ebay actively encourages members to try to resolve issues together without their involvement.

I accept the following forms of payment: PayPal.

I offer standard shipping methods to facilitate rapid processing of your order.

All international orders 20 UKP and above will automatically be sent 'international signed for' to ensure they reach you safely.

Please note that I cannot hold items pending the outcome of future auctions.

Payment is required within 5 days of the end of each auction.
