Small note - seldom do I grade even near to mint but I must say this is a fantastic copy..My daughter has done well keeping this one in such good shape thanks..
CONDITION...(R.C plus/minus grade used with a good honest description.I am over the coming weeks selling my daughters massive collection ranges from 70s - 2015..I myself collect pop beat and Beatles record and have done the 40 plus year..But in all truth I know very little about this ere and am working along side my dear daughter now in her 40s for help with start price and to play test and select sell the best records thank you)..
NEAR MINT MINUS ..SOLID COPY FOR USE..
RECORD (Looks) - N/M Minus .. Has kept a very nice clean shine on both sides..Comes with no heavy marks at all all only light scuffing in places ..But no serious issues in the play department..
Record (Audio) - N/M Minus .. Both sides play fantastic all the way start to finish a real top audio copy... VERY,VERY SOLID COPY..For use of keeper.

SLEEVE - EX ..Plain plastic type sleeve with factory sample sticker is fully intact with just some creases to the plastic and has no heavy wear remains intact holds record well ..Please see photo...

All have play tested and graded them all fairly well ..Near all my records have been cared for during my now 40 years collecting most remain in EX++/VERY RARE FEW NEAR MINT condition.. (EX++) Is normally my highest grade used.. I have also commit myself to selling my middle age daughters records so please do see other items to come from 80s - 2015s..Most are what she called DRUM 'N BASE A real head ache to test for a man of the 60s..These will be listed over the coming weeks and if anything particular you are looking for I am happy to list these for you no problem 1000 seems a bit much to list anyway thanks
