What a shame this jacket suffered from condensation damage as this first press VeeJay copy of Songs, Pictures, and Stories of The Fabulous Beatles is magnificent. This was an album from our personal collection that suffered from condensation in our basement and some of the jackets were stained or stuck together, Many of the records were played once, recorded to reel to reel and put away. This is a first pressing of the mono version on the black VJ label with NO VJ EMBLEM. It features the all black label without the colorband and silver print with VJ in block letters, no brackets or oval. It has hand etched job and matrix numbers with the Monarch record logo scratched out, indicating a stamper previously used by Monarch. This is a very rare copy. If you have a nice jacket and would like a premium copy of this album this is your opportunity.
