This is a very nice stereo copy of "Rubber Soul"; no split seams and no ring wear; would say LP is in good to very good condition, but the back of the album is what could make this album extra special. The previous owner's name is written on the back with various other notes along with four signatures as seen in pictures. They are all in different hand writing with the same ink used for each (but different ink than the owner's name and notes). Do not know if these are authentic Beatle signatures; didn't know they were there when I purchased this collection at a moving sale. I went back a few days later to talk to the seller to see if they were authentic but the house was empty. The seller was an older English woman who said she had been a huge fan of The Beatles but not really an album collector. When she was young, she spent time in both America and England and said she bought each of the albums the first day they were released. The winner of this auction could have a historical treasure if the signatures are real, or a great album if they aren't. I will be listing many more Beatle albums from this collection over the next week or so, watch for new ones each night--will combine winning auctions to save on shipping costs. will be here.
