Condition
Vinyl- Excellent+
Vinyl has a lovely sheen. There is little to fault either side and would grade higher except for a couple of light needle stick marks to each side. Otherwise just a few wispy sleeve removal lines. Beautiful vinyl.
Audio – Excellent++
Audio is clean, bright and distortion free. Just the most minimal background noise to run in/run off and between tracks. Some very light, occasional background on some tracks. The often distorted last track on Side 1, Michelle, is flawless. Beautiful sounding vinyl. Hard to find a better sounding copy.
Labels– Excellent+
Labels are in beautiful condition, Just some minimal spindle wear to both sides. Rim text starts "the Gramophone company.." Has the "Sold in the UK…" text across the centre and KT stamps on Side 1. Side 1 also has the Factory Sample – Not for sale sticker. (See photos)
Sleeve- Excellent+
The Garrod & Lofthouse 'patents pending' sleeve is also in lovely condition. Just the most minimal of light creases to the laminated front. Spine is clean and fully readable with no laminate cracking. The rear cover is also in great conditionwith clean external flipbacks. Has some very light age discolouration to the opening edge, otherwise very clean. Some light storage wear to corners.
Inner Sleeve- Excellent+
Original EMITEX sleeve. A little age discolouration and some minor creasing but no seam splits or tears.
Record will be removed from sleeve for posting. I will always obtain proof of posting.
