Description

The Beatles - Rubber Soul (E.M.I./Parlophone - PMC 1267) great early mono pressing of Rubber Soul. Cover is VG+ with corner wear, ring wear, and some age wear on back cover. nothing horrible though. vinyl is VG+ with some scuffs and surface marks that don't effect play. Some light surface noise, but all in all very clean and vibrant sounding. It would probably sound even better with a good cleaning. I will leave that for you to do. Comes with original Emitex inner sleeve. Back cover has "printed and made by garrod & lofthouse ltd. patents pending" and circular Emitex record cleaner information. front cover has parlophone logo in lower right hand corner with "trademark of the gramophone co ltd". dead groove has xex 579 -5 stamped on both sides and number 1 stamped on first side and number 2 stamped on second side. both labels have superficial marks around the center hole. this copy is NOT near mint or mint, but a great collectable and a great playing copy for lovers of the early - and best - mono sound of this album.
