THE BEATLES
RUBBER SOUL
Label: PARLOPHONE ~ Cat No: PMC 1267
Matrix No's: XEX 579-1/580-1
On offer here is probably one of the RAREST BEATLES ALBUMS you will ever find.
This is the VERY RARE MONO 1st Pressing (XEX 579-1/580-1 "LOUD CUT"). There were very few of this version released and was quickly replaced by the more common XEX 579-4 or 5 pressings.
To find a decent standard version of this album is hard enough, but to have this RARE VERSION in this condition is very nearly impossible.
The Vinyl has some very light surface marks evident, but they are barely audible and even then only in the quietest of passages. After cleaning and playing through twice, I can confirm that the album plays SUPERBLY, with AMAZING DYNAMICS, very little in the way of surface noise and NO skips or jumps.
The Record still retains a BEAUTIFUL SHEEN, with the Labels in EXCELLENT ORDER (see photo's).
The Front Laminated "Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd" Patents pending Cover is in VG CONDITION. There is some top and bottom edge wear evident along with some light creasing to the spine spine (see photo's), there is also a faded name witten on the rear top left corner, but not too serious and there are NO splits or tears.
The Album Comes Complete with the Original Lined "EMITEX" Inner Sleeve. SUPERB!!!
THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS TRULY RARE ALBUM, SO DON'T MISS OUT!!!!
