Condition:
Sleeve - VERY GOOD - A laminated "Garrod & Lofthouse" sleeve with "flipback" seams. All seams are intact. There is minimal edge creasing. Some light scuffing to the corners on the opening edge, and general light handling marks on the same edge. Good strong sping with bold title print. The rear is clean and free from writing, stickers or other unwanted damage.
Complete with "EMITEX" poly lined inner sleeve in GOOD+ condition - very clean and some creasing, but with a split along one edge.
Record: VERY GOOD+ - Very clean with a lovely sheen to the vinyl. Several light hairlines, but nothing serious, and nothing that effects playback in any way. Good labels, with light to average spindle wear.
Personally checked for sound and quality - and it plays beautifully throughout, with no skips or jumps. The original MONO sound quality is a joy to listen to.

I try to accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.
