VINYL CONDITION: EX. The only reason this isn't rated Near Mint is one visible light scratch on side 2, song 4 and a small scuff right above that.
SLEEVE CONDITION: EX. No ring wear visble on front or back. Two small creases on front, one on left edge center and one on top edge center. On bottom edge there's a 3/4" small tear, not a split. Otherwise no edge wear.
PLAY GRADE: EX to NM. The only area I heard a few pops during a song was on side 2, song 4 where there's a small light scratch. Otherwise very clean playback.
