Description
The Beatles first album "Please Please Me", PCS 3042, 4th STEREO pressing, issued summer
1963. Original "Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd" flipback and front laminated stereo sleeve with large
"STEREO" on the front and Rare Angus McBean Credit on the bottom right Corner. Black & yellow
labels have "The Parlophone Co Ltd..." perimeter print
and "Recording First Published 1963". . Matrix numbers
Side 1: YEX 94-1, Side 2: YEX 95-1 . Record housed in original tracing-
paper-lined "Use Emitex" inner sleeve.
Conditions:
The condition of the sleeve is a glossy and sharp Excellent with no splits, writting, Spine reads clear
and crisp. The overall condition of the sleeve
is solid Excellent. The back cover is superb and clean except for
Original inner sleeve in VG condition, No Writing but one small seam split.
Original record is very shiny and
clean, no scratches, no jumps, traces of sleeve withdrawal marks.
There is evidence of spindle wear, most notable on side 1
Playback is Excellent
Would Grade The Vinyl as a Strong VG+
