Description

On offer is a rare album by The Beatles on Parlaphone records. This is a completely original and hard to find record. The record number is PMC1202. I use the record collectors grading system, and have been buying and selling records for many years. The record is graded as VG+.

This is an original 1st pressing of The Beatles 1st LP "Please Please Me", on the BLACK and GOLD Parlaphone label. I don't have to tell any Beatles collector how rare these BLACK and GOLD labels are, this is a very nice copy indeed and plays very very well!! A strong VG+ is no exaggeration some record dealers might grade higher. Does have one or two very light surface marks, which does not affect the playing of this album whatsoever. Run in /off has very minimal surface noise, centre labels are very clean and tidy (photo does not due the labels justice, as unfortunatley you can see my reflection on the record), still very sharp, matrix No XEX-421-1N (side 1) XEX-422-1N (side 2).

The flip back cover is very clean and sharp, has a lovely spine, no rips or writing. One slight defect on rear of cover, light brown patch which is a crying shame, as this is probably one of the best covers for this album I have seen.
