The Beatles Introducing the Beatles US 1964 Mono Version 1 Blank Back Cover
The second variation of Introducing the Beatles with a blank white paste over slick on the back cover, known among the collectors as the "Blank Back" cover. There are several interpretations of the appearance of this rare cover variation, including the one that it might be Vee-Jay's production error or that the "blank back" was used for promotional issues of the LP. The blank back is in amazing super clean condition without any ring wear, tears or writing, only having a couple of insignificant age spots. The front of the cardboard cover is also very clean and only has some light corner and edge scuffing in several spots. The album comes with the original plain white inner sleeve with a die-cut. Black label with a multi-color band and oval logo. 1st label variation with "Love Me Do" and "PS I Love You". The vinyl was pressed at Monarch Records in Los Angeles, CA. Matrix numbers: LP-63-3402 ?5702 (MR) logo (machine stamped) / LP-63-3403 ?5702X (MR) logo (machine stamped). The vinyl is in Very Good condition.
