THE BEATLES Help! PARLOPHONE LP ~ Mono 1st Press ~ PMC 1255!
 
Original 1965 UK Mono album, laminated flip-back sleeve with EMITEX inner sleeve.
Released on the PARLOPHONE Label, catalogue number: PMC 1255.
First pressing. August 6, 1965. Black label with yellow logo and silver print,KT stampers embossed on B-side.
“The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
Label variant: “Yesterday” now no longer begins on its own line.
 
Matrix numbers read: A-side: XEX 549-2 & B-side: XEX 550-2.
 
Sleeve/Record: EXCELLENT/VERY GOOD+ CONDITION (*Plays FINE/EXCELLENT+)
Overall a clean presentable sleeve, basically just shows some light record insert edge wear.
Spine pinched edges with all spine print clean, clear and intact.
Sleeve displays no rips/tears, no seem edge wear, no seem splits and no deep creases, graded EXCELLENT condition.
EMITEX inner sleeve, shows outline and light superficial corners creasing, no rips or any seem splits, grades VERY GOOD+ condition.
 
Clean labels, but with some spindle marks/sheen evident and spindle edge hole wear on both sides.
KT stampers still proud but faint in appearance, surfaces retain the full glossy sheen, displays no bad, heavy scuffs/marks.
Has a few minimal, barely visible small smooth soft scuffs/marks and some hairline scuffs mainly evident under light.
 
*Record tested plays FINE/EXCELLENT+ emits a clean sound throughout.
