Cover features the drawing of a man with glasses, a moustache, and a Beatle haircut. May be found with oval, brackets, or all black "VJ" label styles. This is a stereo album; "Please Please Me," "Ask Me Why," and the Ifield songs PLAY IN STEREO. Also, the album should says stereo on the label.

The above album is also called "Jolly What!" because these words appear at the top of the front cover. This original has printing on the spine and should otherwise resembles otherVee Jay albums. The album was reissued with artwork from the "Love Me Do" US picture sleeve.
