Description

The records are in excellent condition, I don't know for a fact, but it doesn't look like they have been played.
The paper work is in very good condition.  There are some slight wrinkles, nothing major.  
The booklet is in excellent condition, a little bit of tearing around the staples.  I tried to show in picture # 3.
The case is in very good condition, some slight tarnishing around the hinges and lock.
Overall I would say it's very close to being in NM-.
