Great First Issue of a classic Beatles album
Side Two label omits the track listing 'Her Majesty'
Side Two label contains a genuine 'Factory Sample' sticker (unlike the just sold on eBay fake £55 Abbey Road sample) - Sample pressings were taken from production stampers to be checked for audio / sound quality at time of early production - These copies rarely show up - great collectors item ....
*Note* Original Factory Sample stickers were manufactured with a water based adhesive , and over 40 years or so can 'dry out' a little and shrink slightly , creating a mild ripple (See Photo's)
I recently purchased a number of Beatles factory sample pressings from a retired 1960's / 1970's manager of a soul / jazz retailer , I will list them all in good time

The Disc has light use .... bright , clean surfaces .... just two small , light / faint (completely unfeelable) surface traces on side one only .... very bright , clean side two surface .... bright clean labels , light trace of spindle use only .... the disc plays through really well - sound quality throughout : Graded at EXCELLENT condition.
The Sleeve has very light use only .... bright , crisp and clean .... No creasing .... very light sign of ring impression .... very nice edges and spine .... three corners have light knocks (nothing heavy) : The Sleeve is Graded at EXCELLENT condition.
The original Liner Sleeve remains with the disc and has not been swapped for different one - as with usual dealer practice

I usually start auctions at a low price to generate interest in bidding
All items are graded Audio / Visually , and played on a high grade system
Please feel able to bid with confidence , as a collector myself I understand the requirements in the gradings of discs and sleeves , and how important it is to recieve items in the condition as advertised
I grade items ( using the UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition
I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as STUNNING !! RARE !! AWESOME !! , padded out with grossly long winded 'descriptions' ..... Many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and does not correspond with the actual facts , and would be laughable but for the fact it is totally misleading. I take time and care to graded items correctly , and only list quality records , with concise , accurate grading descriptions
I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest !) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists 'live' ( I saw The Beatles twice and Segovia !)
I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell (and always learning !) having bought copies of my own at time of issue , always being interested in the sleeve , label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to answer correctly

All items carefully packaged using proper cardboard packaging (I do not use low quality preformed mailers)
The discs are placed seperately from the sleeves within the package to avoid splitting or damage . Items are sent promptly - usually within one working day of payment .
