Description

The Beatles - 'Revolver' LP. PMC 7009

The Beatles 1969 UK MONO pressing of the 'Revolver' LP. Originally released on the 13th August 1966, this is the final issue on the iconic yellow and black Parlophone label. It is offered here FULLY COMPLETE. By 1969 virtually all vinyl was issued in stereo.

Released on the yellow and black Parlophone label NO 'Sold in UK....' text is present. Both sides have 'The Gramophone Co Ltd....' rim print. NO tax code is embossed on any side. The vinyl is housed within the 1969 original white ‘Patent, Made in Great Britain’ inner sleeve and the correct 1969 MONO issue outer sleeve produced by Garrod and Lofthouse. A very rare 1969 MONO issue, that would grace a high end Beatles collection.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. XEX 605-2 5212 R?TP (very strange, but it’s there).

Side 2. XEX 606-2 5 RLO

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD++ condition.

Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. BUT has a piece of the rear flipback missing (see picture).

The inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition. I will include an additional sleeve to protect the original.

This LP will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK recorded postage is: £4.55. EU recorded postage is: £12.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £18.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
