The Beatles - ‘From Me To You / Thank You Girl’. R 5015.
The Beatles 1963 UK 1st FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO pressing of the ‘From Me To You / Thank You Girl’ 7” single. Released on the 12th April 1963, this really is a GREAT example in EXCELLENT condition.
These initial early factory sample pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers, radio stations or used as quality control within the pressing plant.
Released on the Parlophone label both sides feature the ‘Recording First Published 1963’ text and have 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd....' rim print. It comes complete with original Parlophone sleeve.
The matrix numbers are:
Side 1: 7XCE 17329-1N 5 GAL MT
Side 2: 7XCE 17330-1N 6 GOD MT
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition.
Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
