Description

This is a very rare first pressing of the Beach Boy's "Pet Sounds" mono version on vinyl, from 1966. Released by Capitol/EMI Records T 2458 G2O and F17. It includes the original record company insert.   

Condition in detail:

The vinyl retains it's original glossy shine. Side one has but a few faint, hairline scratches.. Side two similarly retains a few very small hairline scratches. Simply a gorgeous copy. Sounds fantastic, with no skips nor significant background noise heard. Side one's label has a very old strip remnants of a former label upon it, you can make out the border lines. Side one's record label remains in NM- condition.  Side two's label is near mint, just gorgeous! The cover is in VG++ condition. The front cover is sharp, just the slightest hint of ring wear located at top. Solid spine with clear and legible print. Slight corner wear along the open side. The back cover has no visible ring wear; small area of foxing occurring, which is light soiling due to age. Rest is solid, legible and clean. There is no splitting along the edges. Simply a very impressive original mono copy.
