Surf’s Up is the Beach Boys’ seventeenth studio album, originally released in 1971 on Brother Records distributed by Reprise Records. This is an original 1971 US pressing on the gold/tan Brother Records and Reprise Records label, catalog number RS 6453. Label matrix numbers 31,236 (Side 1) and 31,237 (Side 2) are printed on the labels, consistent with original first-run US pressings of this album.
