Description

THE 13TH FLOOR ELEVATORS Easter Everywhere STEREO International Artists 1A LP 5. 1967

1st U.S. pressing on green labels. 2nd cover printing with corrected "Postures" on track listing.

Super rare Stereo with gold cover released on International Artists, produced by Lelan Rogers, brother of Kenny Rogers.

Play tested all the way through with headphones AND speakers to determine condition. I increased the treble more than I typically do to listen for crackle. The LP sounds fantastic but for one flaw.

VINYL in VG+ overall, Side 1 in VG because of one  small mark on "Slide Machine" that causes repeating click for last half of song, starts at 1:45 and lasts 2:00 until end, not noticeable every rotation, not too distracting in my opinion. Some needle marks on side 1 on last two tracks that do not affect play.  There are other light marks/sleeve scuffs that do not affect play. The rest of the side is VG+. The beginning is a bit crackly for a few rotations.

Side 2 is VG+, close to VG++ with a few marks and very light paper scuffs only, excellent sound quality!!!!! Even the acoustic song "I Had To Tell You" sounds great.

COVER in VG with solid seams and spine, no splits or chipping. The gold leaf is still present but has pretty severe ring wear/rubbing where much of the gold rubbed off. The back cover has a sticker above Roky Erickson's head with black marker. Slight staining and some rubbing on back cover. Corner bumps on all corners.

Notes:

Released on a blue-green label or turquoise with silver lettering and lyric inner sleeve.

First cat.nr. on label, second on back cover.

No text or cat number on the spine.

Track B5 correctly spelled as "Postures" on back cover.

This version was released right after the very first run with the misspelling on the sleeve. It is still part of the first pressing but with corrected print on the back. Released in very late 1967.
