Description

This extremely rare and infamous 12" promo on the Interscope/Death Row label features three tracks which NEVER made it onto Blackstreet's first album. The catalogue number is BMD 2047 and the A-side features the Lady Of Rage's "Afro Puffs" which is featured in three mixes (Extended Remix, G-Funk Remix and Instrumental). But it's the B-side which is the reason why all TR fans regard this as the holy grail! It features these three tracks:


BOOTKNOCKALIZATION (Erick Sermon is on this - a straight up hip-hop classic)

I LIKE IT (this track did crop up on the Japanese only "Greatest Remixes" - but did you know that it was dubbed from THIS vinyl promo?)

I DON'T WANNA BE ALONE (my favourite out of the three - a great use of the Chakachas' "Jungle Fever" beat)


So there you have it. I have two copies of this record; I'm keeping one and selling the other. This copy is in VG++ condition. This record hardly ever crops up on eBay. SO DON'T MISS OUT!
