LP is in VG++ condition with sleeve showing some general shelf wear as well as a hole punch in the upper right corner. Columbia Records 1971 4E 062-34264. NM/M: Still sealed or played once or twice.
EX: Has been played and shows minimal to no wear.
VG++ May have a few surface scratches or some minor typical wear .
VG+ "Typical used record". Some wear, a few more minor scratches. 
VG: More significant wear than VG+, still in overall pretty good shape. 
G: Significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear.
