Description

Up for auction, as pictured, this classic all-analog audiophile vinyl LP, Dafos. This has been a staple on all the audiophile LP lists, including Harry Pearson’s Super Disc List. One listen will let you know why! This was a joint musical percussive project between Mickey Hart, Airto Moreira and Flora Purim with Batucaje. It was captured with the audio wizardry of Professor Keith O. Johnson.

Side One contains- Dry Sands Of The Desert, Saudacao Popular, Ice Of The North, Reunion. The B-side features- Subterranean Caves Of Kronos, The Gates Of Dafos, Passage. Produced by Mickey Hart and Airto Moreira. Recorded at the Japan Center Theatre, San Francisco California, October 24, 1982 and March 21, 1983. Disc mastering by Doug Sax. The catalog number is RR-12. The very high quality gate folded dust jacket, record liner sleeve, and the LP are in mint to near mint condition.
