This item is in excellent pre-owned condition.
Please see photos for details. I did not bother to take photos of the actual records because you really wouldn't be able to tell the condition of them anyway from a photo. 
I am grading this using the Goldmine record grading standard. Using this standard I am grading all four records a VG+. They all appear to be unplayed. The reason they are not given a NM rating is there is some blemishes on the labels when you look at them in a certain light. Not from wear or being played but from decades of storage.
I am grading the cover at a conservative VG+
