Description

TANGERINE DREAM: ROCKOON. 1992, VG
Likely to have bought this in its early weeks of release in March/April 1992, but can't really remember.
This was the 21st Studio Album and the first with Edgar's son Jerome in the line-up.
It played very well on my Record Player without "sticking" or "jumping", but I did hear a light "tick" on two tracks, and a few light "crackles" on quieter tracks - VG
I've tried to fill in as many Item Specifics as I could.
The Outer Sleeve: has a "spidery crease" on back bottom, and also has lots of little "shiny marks" on the back. Think it might have been when I took the cellophane-like cover off it about 20yrs back (should've left it on!). Otherwise, intact! VG
Inner Sleeve: has a number of "brownish age-marks" on both sides, although fairly difficult to see, but is intact. VG+
All the above can hopefully be seen in Images.
Before Posting, I intend to place the record between the Inner and Outer Sleeves, then wrap all 3 in clingfilm to help avoid any Sleeves damage in transit. Please let me know if you DON'T want that.
This still may be better than most out there, and also better than one you might be trying to replace, discover, re-discover or even buy for someone else - either younger or older!
This sadly did not trouble the UK Charts (have Guinness Hit Singles & Albums book as reference).
I always use a record cloth before playing, but as we know, static throws some little bits back on!
Having put all my Records in order early in '24 (took several weeks!), I've been playing through them for the first time in nearly 30 years - really recommended - but with space having to be freed up now (this has been in 4 different houses with me), this is the 326th of 366 Artist L.P.'s which I started with (keeping 189 of them so far) with a further 40 Comedy or Compilation L.P.'s.
Please feel free to ask anything.
Many thanks, Scott.
