Description

Syd Barrett,The Madcap Laughs,LP, Catalogue Number: (SHVL 765), Cover Details: Front laminated gatefold sleeve with a Plain inner sleeve.

Cover Condition: excellent condition with only slight usage wear as you would expect from normal play, acceptable to most collectors.

Record Condition: Has been played a fair number of times and has visible surface marks but no feelable scratches so should not have any jumps/skips or anything serious beyond some background sound in quieter parts.

Any Other Details: Rare original first pressing on the yellow and green Harvest Record Label, there is no EMI Logo and it has the words "The Gramophone Co" written on the label rim. Matrix numbers SHVL 765 A-2G & SHVL 765 B-2G. It also has mother/stamper codes 1G/1R. Has a first issue laminated gatefold sleeve printed by Ernest J Day. The spine is missing some laminate. The B side record label has a small sticker removal mark
