Description
The famous Nimbus Supercut pressings of a few select records are highly sought after and much treasured by audiophiles and collectors, as they are amongst the best examples of just how good vinyl can sound. Sold through magazines like HiFi Today and Practical HiFi they quickly became sold out and hard to find, are are only going to become more difficult to source.
I have had this album and several others (check my other items for sale) since new, and they have been played very few times, as I also own other copies of the records. I have owned either a Michell Gyrodec or Michell Orbe with a range of top quality arms, like an SME1V and cartridges such as the Te Kiatora Rua, and these records have never been played on anything else. I use a VPI 16.5 record cleaner for most of my record collection, but have only cleaned these records once when first unpacked to remove any debris from manufacture.
The vinyl is in close to mint condition, if not mint - I don't believe any record that has been played even once can be in mint condition, but mine are pretty close.
Sadly, the covers are not totally as new, and all have very small creases or marks on the odd corner, but all still have the original plastic film on them, which does show up like creases or marks in the pictures. That said, the cover of this album shows hardly any damage at all, bar the smallest corner marks.
They will be shipped in Music-Max mailers - These are one of the better mailers available, and they provide what ought to be sufficient protection from the worst that any delivery company can deal out !
Postage costs outside the United Kingdon will depend on location, but as a guide, shipping to the USA will cost £18, and to Europe £10 with insurance cover be included.
Items will usually be mailed out within 24 hours.
