Description

I.R.S Records 1981: deleted/unavailable on CD.
You are bidding on a rare EX/M copy of the Suburban Lawns self-titled debut LP w/ lyric inlay sleeve released in 1981. Suburban Lawns were a new wave/ post-punk outfit from Long Beach, CA. They scored what has become a cult hit, "Janitor" which is included in this 14-track vinyl LP. This is a definite must in collections for fans of post-punk, new wave, and 80s music in general.
This album is extremely scarce and highly coveted.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

International buyers please request a total before paying. It will save you money on shipping.

I do combine shipping. When your done shopping request a total and I will send you an invoice.

Case has medium wear. You can see in picture it is bent on corner. Vinyl is in excellent condition.

The records I have listed are undergraded to ensure expectations are met. Its hard for me to say a record is mint if it has been opened. EX is close to mint. EX- has light wear. VG visible light scratches etc.

I do not play all the records so I can't guarantee they wont have imperfections.
