You are bidding on a rare near-mint copy of the Suburban Lawns self-titled debut LP w/ lyric inlay sleeve released in 1981. Suburban Lawns were a new wave/ post-punk outfit from Long Beach, CA. They scored what has become a cult hit, "Janitor" which is included in this 14-track vinyl LP. This is a definite must in collections for fans of post-punk, new wave, and 80s music in general. 
Please note that this LP is in very good condition and is visually graded. There is only very slight ringwear on the LP, as shown in the picture and there is a 3" golden stamp on the backside, indicating that this is a promotional copy. Though this album is extremely scarce and highly coveted, I am starting this auction at 0.99 cents.
