Grading:         Cover/Vinyl  ..........I visually grade vinyl using  standards that I myself would expect when purchasing vinyl. My grades are as follows:

SS  : Still sealed........It's hard to argue with this grade....I will note specific wear on an SS record such as ringwear or "breather" holes in shrink.

NM  : This is the highest grade I will give for an open record.  Absolutely no scratches!! A possible minor sleeve scuff or single fingerprint.  I will notate.   Covers with this rating will look pretty close to perfect.  The only allowable flaws would be something that is common on still sealed records.  I will notate.

NM- : Similar to NM with a few extra sleeve scuffs or fingerprints or dust.  No scratches!!!  Covers may have a small wrinkle, slightly worn corner, etc...that will be notated. 

VG+  : Very nice copy with maybe a few light superficial scratches that are noticible under close examination.  This grade is the grade that I playtest the most frequently.  If there is a questionable mark or scratch, I will listen with headphones.  If I decide that the scratch/mark noticibly reduces listening experience, then record automatically gets down-graded.  Records should play with very minimal surface noise.  VG+ records are great listening copies!!  Covers may start to show light ringwear and have a few extra wrinklles.  spine may have a bit of wear. Still a nice cover.  Sometimes a seam-split may be the only thing wrong with a cover.....this is an automatic VG+ and will be notated.

VG  : Even more marks and light scratches.  Surface noise will be a bit more noticible, especially in quiet passages,  but will not overpower the music.  A tick or a pop may be heard, but will not continue throughout.  Record will still play all the way through without skipping or jumping.  Covers will show increased shelf-wear from a VG+....like fading, bent corner, stickers, etc......will be notated.

VG-  : the lowest grade that I will sell.  Record shows consistent wear but will still play all the way through.  Surface noise is heightened and a track may have a tick or a pop throughout.  Cover s preetty well worn and possibly splitting and coming apart.  Fading is heavier but is still recognizable.  I ttake high quality photos so much of this will be visually evident.

NOTE:  I do not clean records before I sell or grade them.  I leave this up to the buyer.  Many people have there own ways of cleaning and i don't want to step on that.  Some records are virtually dust free and others are not.  Dust usually will not affect my grading unless noticably heavy in which I will notate.  I have been collecting for years and to this day have never seen a record in which I could not find at least one visual flaw.  This is one of the many beauties of vinyl.  I try to grade as fair and accurate as possible.  If you recieve an item from me that does not reach your expectations, please contact me and we can work things out.  I try to be as fair and just as possible!!!

Shipping:  I will ship many places overseas.  It will often include a few extra dollars handling fee as i have to physically bring item to post office and fill out customs form, etc.  Usually it's around $13-14.00 for the first record.  It gets a bit less as you add records.  If you plan on buying a large quantity, then a bulk flat rate box will save you the most money. Contact me for a quote.  Records are shipped seperated from sleeves and packed in brand new mailers with cardboard or bubblewrap buffers.  Once item is shipped, it is out of my hands.  I am not responsible for the mailsystem.  I will add insurance upon request.  please let me know prior to sending back invoice.  I usually ship within 1-3 business days of receipt, however this is not my full time job so don't get stressed if it happens to take me an extra day.  Ebay is a convenient way to by goods around the world, but the process does take time.  I do try my hardest to ship, answer questions, and leave feedback in a timely manner.  Any more questions, feel free to contact me!!! thanks and happy bidding.
