Description

2 lp lot by The Style Council:
1) HOME AND ABROAD / THE STYLE COUNCIL LIVE!, released 1986 in the US on Geffen Records (GHS 24103). Gold-stamped LENT FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY on the front board. congas. Original illustrated dust sleeve included. Vinyl = vg+; clean and glossy, sound is crisp. Cover = vg+; sticker residue adjacent to the promo stamp; NO splitting.
2) CONFESSIONS OF A POP GROUP, released 1988 in the UK on Polydor (TSCLP 5). Original illustrated dust sleeve plus tri-fold insert included. Vinyl = vg; sleeve scuffs betray minimal surface noise, sound is crisp. Cover = vg-; 8" split on the spine; bottom outside corner is bumped; bubbling of the laminate on the outside edge of the front board. Insert = vg; partially split (photo 7).
Grading is subject to YOUR eyes and ears, backed by my return policy (see below). Regardless of what anyone says, there is no OBJECTIVE standard for grading used records. I have complete CONFIDENCE in my assessment but I am more than happy to accomodate yours. Between us, you are the Record God.
