The condition of this  good. but no means MINT. I can't say about how it plays because it never has been in 30 years. and cannot guarantee anything.It is 30 years old and should be treated as a collectible.  For 30 years old the cover is in great shape.  A couple small thing on a couple corners, nothing  bent, and you can see where the album was in a stack and the shape of the album pressed against the cover but as you can see the names are clear.  No shrink wrap is on the album.Again this should be treated a  collectible
