Description

Stiff Records Box Set #2, number 0765, containing the second 10 singles released on the Stiff Records Label (Catalog #Buy-11 through Buy-20). This set is #0765 of a limited run of 5000 box sets.

Set contains singles by the following artists (in order of catalog #): Elvis Costello, Max Wall, The Adverts, Elvis Costello, Elvis Costello, Wreckless Eric, Ian Dury, The Damned, Yachts, and Elvis Costello.

Each single and sleeve are mint - this is from my personal collection and the records have never been played. I bought this set in 1979 at time of release from a record store in Downey, CA. The box has rarely been opened, maybe five times prior to preparation to sell. It has been kept indoors at all times and is essentially the way it looked when I bought it, except for the original shrink wrap.

NOTE: There is a printing error/smudge over the word "Tobacco" on the Max Wall sleeve (see photo). It was that way at the time of purchase.

The box itself is near-mint, with minor wear to the corners and a some friction wear on the face of the top cover and some scuffing on the bottom of the box.

I have no feedback as I am new to ebay, but please note: I am selling only from my personal collection over the past 50 years. I am not a record store or a dealer, I'm just a guy who ended up with a lot of records and it's time to let others enjoy them.
