Description

For Auction at a low start price: Steely Dan - Can't Buy A Thrill, 1973, ABC Records - ABCX-758, Gatefold Cover, Terre Haute Repress. With Rare 1973 only labels featuring ABC children's blocks logo.

Vinyl is EX, Cover is VG+. Vinyl shows a couple of scuff marks and very light sleeve scuffs. There's probably tiny scratches but I can't see them. Both sides play clean with no noise. No visible scuffs or scratches. Cover shows wear on corners, a small flap of loose paper on upper corner spine - see photo detail. Some prior owner put transparent tape along a few of the edges, not to repair anything, who knows why? - see photo detail. There's some dirt caught under the tape edges on the cover. See photos for further condition verification.

All sales final with no returns. Ask any questions and I'll reply ASAP.
Discogs Info: Comes in a gatefold cover. This is the rare ABC "Children's Block" label version released and used only in first half of 1973.

"1973: Short-lived label: Black with white Triangle at top and 'ABC' in children's blocks inside. This label was gone by mid-1973 and replaced by the 1967-72 design until a new label could be created."

I can combine shipping for all records won by a single buyer, except for International sales (outside the USA) as Ebay does not allow it. Buyers inside the USA: after winning all the auctions you're interested in, let me know you want me to combine the items for shipping and I'll send you a combined invoice.

Records will be expertly packed. In most cases I will separate the vinyl & inner sleeves from their covers. Album covers packed in acid-free poly bags.

I will generally always ship using USPS Media Mail unless the buyer selects USPS Ground as the shipping option. Obviously for any records or group of combined sales that are high valued, I would recommend selecting USPS Ground shipping as it is automatically insured up to $100.00 and arrives faster than Media Mail shipping.

FYI: USPS does not automatically include insurance with Media Mail and reserves the right to randomly open Media Mail packages to insure the sender is not trying to cheat USPS by shipping something other than Media. Insurance for Media Mail can be added for a low additional cost if the buyer requests it.

I am in the process of selling my entire record collection - save me as a seller if you want to be notified of future listings as I post them. I've got some great vinyl coming up! I will sometimes reference Discogs' notes on my records to inform price values.
