Description
Up for bid is a VERY HARD TO FIND 7" instrumental garage surf psych single from Neil Young's first band The Squires.
Released in Canada on V Records, this was limited to approximately 200-300 copies and was originally sold at fairs in Canada in the early 1960s.
The matrix numbers are: side A : V-109-A side B : V-109-B
This copy is being sold in VG condition.
It plays VERY nicely! Occasionally, there is very minor surface noise that never overpowers the music.
If it were a less rare record, I would probably grade this VG+ but I am being extra careful to grade this accurately and conservatively due to its scarcity and value. Although there are just a few hairlines, there are NO scratches and no feelable marks of any kind.
I am quite happy with how good this sounds, but do not want to over-grade and disappoint anyone.
