Description

This week I am parting with some cool stuff from my 30+ year personal collection. You are bidding on a MEGA-scarce withdrawn version of Bruce Springsteen's "Fade Away" single issued by Columbia Records in the US in 1980. This is the highly sought after 1st pressing that was recalled because the B-side was mis-titled "To Be True" instead of "Be True". This one is also one of the very few pressed on dark translucent RED VINYL instead of the normal black vinyl. The record looks black, but when held up to a light source it is obviously red. I've tried to capture the color on the 3rd photo, but it is difficult to really see in a photo. The entire item is in great shape with mint, unplayed vinyl and NM sleeve with tight corners and only slight ring wear and creases. No seam splits.  International buyers please contact me before bidding to discuss shipping costs. Be sure to check out my other music auctions, as I am happy to combine shipping! Thanks for looking and good luck!
