Note: All gradings are based on visual inspection for Vinyl, Sleeves and Album Covers.

When possible, an audible grading will be done for vinyl. The highest grade given for a

Used/Open Album is Near Mint (Mint-), no matter how good the sound quality. This is

because, I believe that once an album has been opened/played, it can no longer be deemed

mint, no matter how good it may look or sound to my eyes and ears.

There is no expressed warranty implied. Please see photographs for details and

as part of the description! Kept in a smoke and pet free environment.

 

 

Although this album audibly and visually, to my eyes and ears, is in Mint condition,I must rate it as Near Mint (Mint-) due to the fact that it is Used/Open and has been played. I played this album just twice. Once to insure the quality of the record. The second to enjoy the experience. The playback experience was awesome. The dynamics, and the audio field are tremendous. Direct to Disc recordings are just that. Everything is mixed and sent straight to the platter cutter, there is no margin for error. All performers must complete a full side of the album before a break can be taken! If a problem occurs, the whole process must be started over again. But, you can pick the instruments and vocals out on the playing stage, separating them with ease. This is one teriffic recording by everyone involved, esepecially the incredible guitarist Charlie Byrd!

 

Originally released in 1977, it was recorded live at the Studio Direct to the Master Disc. It was Produced by Ed Wodenjak and Mike Philips. The Tracklist is as follows:

- Record Grade - Near Mint / This album was palyed just twice

  on high end equipment. The vinyl is clean and glossy as a mint

  album should be. Even though to my eyes and ears the vinyl appears

  to be Mint, I must grade it Near Mint, as it it Used/Open. In my

  opinion once an album has been opened and/or played, it can no

  longer be listed as Mint.

- Sleeve Grade - Mint / All of the Sleeves are exactly as they were when

  the album waspurchased, therefore I have graded them as Mint!

- Album Cover Grade - Near Mint / Considering the age of the Album

  Cover, it is in tremendous condition, no fading, no seam separations,

  etc...! Does show limited signs of handling.
