Gatefold sleeve. Standard white inner sleeves. See below for high-res images.

Grading: (Goldmine standard - I grade conservatively - click here for more details)
Vinyl: VG+ (occasional ticks and pops, a bit more on Side 1 than Sides 2, 3 & 4; light surface noise at times... not bad overall)
Sleeve: VG+ (moderate wear on edges and corners; light wear on spine)
